Currently undergoing treatment for an adductor strain with Dr Jo. He is a great PT, paying more attention and having more efficient techniques (making good use of recent tools/technologies) than other PTs I have been before. And I like the 20~30 relax time after the 45~50 min active session.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Jo!! I came to him leading up to the NYC marathon with knee pain and he was the first provider to really figure out and work on the issue. After a couple of weeks of sessions, with lots of advice and guidance, I was able to run the marathon without the sharp consistent pain in my knee. I am so impressed and grateful! I’ll continue to work with Dr. Jo as much as I can to stay healthy and ready for more activities like the marathon. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Jo to anyone that is looking for a Physical Therapist. He is very knowledgeable, thoughtful about what treatments will work well for your issue or injury. I have been receiving treatment from him for a couple of months now and have seen great improvement. He has helped me recover and gain strength in my foot and leg. He even provided a custom plan to help me do exercises in-between sessions. Not to mention, he is friendly and has a really good sense of humor that has made me feel comfortable in my environment. I’ve been seeing Dr Jo for the past few months for a plethora of physical strains and injuries that I thought I had to live with for a long time. With his extremely hands-on treatments and techniques, I not only recovered from much chronic pain and tension all around from shoulders to ankles, but unlocked new ranges of motion from all the trigger point releases. My movement control increased so much and Dr Jo doesn’t even know how much my life quality also improved as a result. He is also just a very knowledgeable and pleasant doctor to ask anything about. I’m honestly conflicted posting here and secretly fearing that Dr Jo gets too busy… not that he doesn’t already have many loyal patients just like me. So hope he gets more popular but not too popular :).
