Receptionist and SEO Specialist
Elise Downing supports both front desk operations as well as our digital growth initiatives. As a receptionist, she focuses on creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for every patient from their first interaction through ongoing care. In addition to her administrative role, she actively manages and optimizes our website’s SEO to help expand our online presence and ensure patients can easily find the services they need.
Elise graduated from Fordham University, where she studied communications and fashion, developing strong organizational, creative, and communication skills that she brings to her role every day. She has also completed multiple SEO courses, building a strong foundation in search optimization, content strategy, and website performance.
