Danae Hawkins

Physical Therapist Aide

In my role as a Physical Therapy Aide, I work one-on-one with patients to support their rehabilitation and recovery. I guide patients through therapeutic exercises and stretches tailored to their individual diagnoses, abilities, and treatment goals. I also assist with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including PEMF therapy, red light therapy, and cryotherapy with compression.I collaborate closely with physical therapists to support individualized treatment plans and develop home exercise programs that encourage patients to continue their progress outside of the clinic.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Meredith College, where I graduated with a concentration in Health and Wellness. My academic background provided me with intensive coursework on the musculoskeletal system, biomechanics, anatomy, and exercise prescription, giving me a strong foundation in human movement and rehabilitation.
