Receptionist and Software Engineer
Alysse serves as both a Software Engineer and Receptionist at Touch of Life Physical Therapy, where she plays a key role in enhancing both the patient experience and the clinic’s operational efficiency. As one of the first points of contact, Alysse is dedicated to creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment, ensuring that each patient feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Behind the scenes, Alysse applies her background in software engineering to improve internal systems, streamline workflows, and support the clinic’s day-to-day operations through custom web applications. She is currently developing an interactive digital tool designed to help patients better understand treatment options and navigate their care with greater clarity. Her ability to bridge technology with patient care allows her to contribute to a more seamless and efficient experience for both patients and staff. With strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation, she is committed to continuously improving how the clinic serves its community.
